AFA-EF Mining Limited is a privately held, wholly indigenous Ghanaian-owned company incorporated on 6 January 2021 under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) of the Republic of Ghana. We are headquartered at Marvel House, 148 Giffard Road, Cantonments, Accra.
We operate at the formal intersection of Ghana’s artisanal mining sector and the international gold market — aggregating, processing, and exporting high-purity, conflict-free gold through fully compliant and traceable channels.
Our model is built on a simple but powerful advantage: 100% indigenous ownership gives us privileged access to the local supply networks, artisanal mining communities, and regulatory relationships that foreign operators cannot replicate — combined with an operational framework designed to meet the governance and transparency standards of institutional investors, international refineries, and commodity trading houses.
In 2025, we achieved landmark milestones — securing both a Tier-2 Buyer Licence and a Self-Financing Aggregator (SFA) Licence from the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod), cementing our position as a fully regulated and credible participant in Ghana’s formal gold value chain.
